About MailValid

Built to make email verification simple, honest, and cheap

MailValid checks if an email address is real before you send it.

No bloated dashboard No 12-month credit expiry No pricing math

What MailValid does

MailValid verifies email addresses. Give us one address, or a whole list. We tell you if it is safe to send to. Every check runs through three steps.

1

Syntax check

Catches typos and bad formats right away.

2

Domain and MX check

Confirms the domain exists, and that it can receive mail.

3

Mailbox check

Confirms the mailbox is real. We never send a real email to test it.

You get a clear verdict, plus flags for disposable addresses, role inboxes like info@, and free providers like Gmail.

Why we built it this way

Three decisions shape MailValid. Each one fixes a real problem teams told us about other verification tools.

1. Show the real price. No sales call needed.

MailValid costs $0.00075 per email at Scale volume. That is $75 to check 100,000 addresses. ZeroBounce charges $350 for the same volume and NeverBounce charges $800, on each provider's published rates as of July 2026. Same accuracy tier. No sales call required.

2. Credits should never expire

Most competitors expire unused credits after 12 months. A slow quarter then costs you money you already spent. MailValid credits roll over forever — free, plan, or pay-as-you-go. Email lists decay 20–30% a year on average, so we built pricing around your schedule, not ours.

3. One engine, every workflow

Paste one address in the browser. Upload a CSV. Call the REST API. Connect an AI agent by MCP. However you check, you get the same engine, the same accuracy, and the same credit balance.

Who uses MailValid

SaaS teams, agencies, recruiters, and sales teams use MailValid to keep their sender reputation clean. Here is what two of them say.

"MailValid cut our email bounce rate by 90%. We switched from ZeroBounce and saved over $300 a month. The API is dead simple to integrate and the accuracy is spot on."

"I use MailValid as a pre-send verification step in a cold email pipeline. It reliably catches invalid, disposable, and syntax/MX failures. The status_reason field is genuinely useful — I allow role addresses by policy, and the granularity makes it a one-line decision rather than guesswork."

Built for AI agents

MailValid runs an MCP server alongside the REST API. Claude, Cursor, and other MCP clients can call it directly. Same pricing, and the same credit balance as everyone else.

Two of the MCP tools work without an API key, so an agent can try verification before you connect an account.

Frequently asked questions

How is MailValid different from ZeroBounce or NeverBounce?

Price and expiry. MailValid charges $75 per 100,000 emails at Scale pricing. ZeroBounce charges $350 for the same volume and NeverBounce charges $800, on each provider's published rates as of July 2026, at similar 95%+ accuracy. MailValid credits also never expire. Many competitors expire credits after 12 months.

Does MailValid support AI agents?

Yes. MailValid runs an MCP server for Claude, Cursor, and other MCP clients. It uses the same engine, pricing, and credit balance as the REST API.

Do MailValid's credits actually never expire?

Yes. Free, plan, and pay-as-you-go credits all roll over indefinitely. If you cancel a paid plan, credits already in your balance stay yours; you just stop earning new monthly credits.

Is MailValid good for agencies managing multiple client lists?

Yes. Credits never expire and there is no per-client account limit, so agencies can verify unlimited client lists on one account.

What happens if MailValid's accuracy falls short on my list?

MailValid guarantees 95%+ accuracy. On a batch of 1,000+ verifications, if you can show the bounce rate came in below that with batch ID and bounce data, MailValid will credit your account for the misverified emails. See the refund policy for the full terms.

Can I try MailValid before signing up?

Yes. Check one email free in the browser with no account. Sign up for 100 free credits, no credit card required, to test bulk upload, the API, or MCP.

Can I request my data be deleted?

Yes. Under GDPR and similar laws, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting sachin@mailvalid.io. MailValid responds within 30 days.

What happens to my credits if I get charged twice, or the service goes down?

Duplicate charges are fully refunded. If the service is unavailable for more than 48 straight hours while you are trying to use it, you can request a prorated refund for unused credits from that period.
